Order & Shipping Terms

We process orders every Monday & Thursday in the order they are received.  All prices stated on this site are based on Singapore Dollars (SGD).  For out-of-stock items, standard production time is 2 weeks.  Singapore local delivery and overseas delivery are supported on our store. 
Singapore Local Orders:
For ex-stock items, the estimated local delivery will be 1 - 2 working days after processing of order.  For out-of-stock items, the estimated delivery will be 5 -7 working days after processing of order.  For customised and made-to-order items, the estimated delivery will be 7-10 working days after confirmation of specifications and order.
International Orders:
Delivery time ranges from 1 to 3 weeks.   Delays may be expected during public holidays and we seek your patience and understanding.  For international shipping, shipping charges will be calculated during Check Out.
